Beginning this spring, the “Kidcierges” at Snake River Lodge & Spa, a RockResort in Jackson Hole, WY will help alleviate the stress of what to do with the kids. The designated Kidcierges – local kids aged 6-16 – will give young guests a kids-eye-view of fun activities and happenings at Snake River Lodge and in Jackson Hole. The kids program is taken very seriously at the Lodge. “We understand that children need to have their own things to do so they can go home and tell their friends what a great vacation they had,” said Bruce Grosbety, General Manager. “Jackson Hole is an ideal family destination with exciting activities. Though our Kidcierges are local and know the ‘kids scene,’ we ensure each Kidcierge undergoes a short training session and knowledge test before they are officially certified to make recommendations,” he added. The excitement begins one month prior to arrival at Snake River Lodge, when families will receive an email detailing the Kidcierge program with options to pre-arrange activities or make special requests. Upon check-in, the Kidcierge will present each young guest with a personalized itinerary, a letter highlighting any local children’s events, and a western-themed gift. Teens will receive a “Teen Go Kit” with sunscreen, lip balm, granola bar and Gatorade. Each Saturday, Kidcierges will be available for questions and suggestions. They will provide details on everything from local activities to favorite kids menus at nearby restaurants. Children will also be invited to join one of the Kidcierges for a complimentary breakfast at GameFish restaurant, providing a well-deserved break for mom and dad. For families traveling with infants and toddlers, Snake River Lodge & Spa will provide additional special amenities. Upon request for crib delivery to the room, guests will also receive a bottle warmer, packet of baby wipes, baby shampoo and lotion. Guests staying in suites will be offered use of a baby monitor during their stay and families with toddlers can request a “toddler safety kit” with outlet protectors, a toilet seat latch and nightlight.
