Snake River Lodge & Spa’s gourmet restaurant, gamefish, emphasizes the use of local ingredients in order to bring the casual elegance of the West to your table. The menu features savory regional specialties such as Wyoming Angus steaks and native fish as well as a variety of game including grilled elk chops and smoked buffalo carpaccio. In addition to our dinner menu, the restaurant also features extensive breakfast selections and hearty sandwiches for lunch.
